Archindown Homes is an established and respected property development company with a reputation for building quality homes that stand the test of time. Our focus is on bringing sustainable homes to the market that work with our environment instead of against it.

We apply quality workmanship to every development to create a finish that exceeds present day environmental standards – a forward-thinking approach to our housing needs of the future that has won us environmental assessment awards.

As a direct result of our ability to meet stringent construction guidelines we are the preferred partners of many southern based Housing Associations and this focus on quality is carried over to our growing portfolio of modern developments available for the private buyer.

Customer assurance

Archindown Homes is a registered NHBC and BLP builder and as such have demonstrated our financial security and technical competence. NHBC and BLP work to raise standards in the building of new homes and provide protection to consumers.

As members of these organisations our customers are assured that the design and build on all our developments are monitored at key stages of construction to ensure each meet exacting standards. As a result we are able to provide customers with a 10 year Buildmark Warranty and building defects insurance on all our properties.

We are also members of the Considerate Construction Scheme and therefore adopt an approach to our business that adheres to a code of practice aimed at raising standards in the construction industry. As part of this scheme our developments are assessed to ensure that they are considerate to everyone associated with them i.e. neighbours, employees, sub-contractors and suppliers and that they are safe, respectful, environmentally responsible, and accountable.
